1. Who we are

This website (treetrimming.directory) is operated by Our Landmen LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

• Mailing address: 1501 S. Greeley Hwy, Ste C #1363, Cheyenne, WY 82007
• Telephone: (307) 263-8515
• Privacy contact: hello@treetrimming.directory

2. Information we collect

What you send us

When you send the scope checklist form, we collect what you enter. It goes to the same desk as finalist.cc, which Our Landmen LLC also runs:

• Your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
• The ZIP code where the tree stands.
• What you tell us about the job: the number of trees, the work you want, what is going on with the tree, what is nearby, access and timing.

The sign list and the height estimate run in your browser. What you enter in them is not sent to us unless you put it into the checklist form.

Technical and log information

When your browser loads the site, standard server access logs record your IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested, the HTTP status code and the time. These logs are kept for site reliability, performance monitoring and security.

3. How we use information

We use what we collect only to:

• Read your request or inquiry.
• Reply to you by email with a scoping document or questions.
• Protect the site against automated spam and abuse.
• Meet our obligations under applicable state and federal law.

4. We do not sell personal information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal records to data brokers, ad networks or lead resellers. We do not send your request, quote or details to contractors, and we take no payment from contractors for referrals.

5. Service providers

Data sent through this site is processed by infrastructure providers only to run the site:

• Google Cloud Platform and Firebase: hosting, content delivery and database storage in the United States.

6. Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

To ask, write to the mailing address in section 1, call the number there, or email hello@treetrimming.directory with "Privacy request" in the subject line.

7. Retention and security

Your request travels over HTTPS, and Google encrypts stored data at rest. We keep a request for as long as we may need it to read and follow up on it.
